CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Fire Department rescued a person trapped in a basement apartment due to flooding Sunday morning.
The water rescued happened in the 2000 block of Stearns Road.
One firefighter suffered a minor injury.
Officials said 10 people have been displaced due to the flooding and four occupants are sheltered in place.
