Cleveland man indicted on more than a dozen dogfighting charges

A Cleveland man has been indicted on a slew of charges relating to animal cruelty and dogfighting.

Robert E. Cook, 34 was charged Monday with 13 felony counts of dogfighting, according to court records. He was also charged with cruelty against companion animals, drug possession and possessing criminal tools. 

Specifics regarding the case were not immediately available to News 5. 

Cook is scheduled to appear in Court on Aug. 20.
