CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Wednesday night outside of an auto body repair and paint shop.
Around 7 p.m., officers responded to Klassic Kustoms in the 1800 block of London Road after receiving reports of shots fired in the area.
Once on scene, officers found 39-year-old Wayne Cottrell in the driver’s seat of a vehicle that was crashed into a pole. Officers administered first aid to Cottrell until EMS arrived. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Police have not made any arrests at this time.
