Cleveland Police are investigating what they believe to be a murder-suicide that happened on Monday.
Police said they were called to a home in the 900 block of East 146th Street.
When they arrived, they found a 59-year-old man with a gunshot wound in the living room.
Police discovered a 56-year-old woman with a gunshot wound in an upstairs room.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
There have been no identities released at this time.
