CLEVELAND — Cleveland police and SWAT units responded to a situation in the city’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood Saturday evening.
A 32-year-old man barricaded himself inside of his home in the 33000 block of West 41st Street, police said.
Cleveland police took a second man into custody, according to authorities.
The man was later arrested without incident.
