Amid the chaos of the Republican National Convention, the Cleveland police are still finding time to connect with at least one local youth.
Tyquan Winn, a young man from Cleveland, was riding his bike around Public Square, showing off his skills on Monday, when the bike patrol noticed his back tire needed some work.
The officers noticed Winn's talent, and instead of helping Winn fix the tire, Cleveland police gifted him with a brand new bike and helmet from Volcanic Bikes and Tiger Mountain Tactical.
