A prisoner who escaped from corrections officers during a court holding is now in custody.
Cleveland police said Ferdinand Torres Vargas, 27, turned himself into Second District police Tuesday around 12:30 p.m.
Vargas was in court on warrants, including one for domestic violence, police reported.
