News 5 confirmed that at least two of the liquor stores are run by Michael Nader: Mr. C's and Bank Street Wine and Spirits. He also goes by the name, Nakhle Nader.
A third business, Mr. C's II, is listed under another name, Dhruvesh Patel.
"At this time no allegations, no charges," said FBI special agent Vicki Anderson. "Just information that we are trying to get from the things that we retrieved."
Don Tittle said he has been friends with Nader for 30 years, he was surprised to see what was happening at the West 6th locations. "I was worried about all of this when I saw it. But, according to the folks inside it's a tax issue," said Tittle.
