Five indicted for vandalism around Cleveland

Five people were indicted on Monday for vandalism all over the city, according to court documents.

The indictment named Alexander Lethig, Brooke L. Mulholland, Robert Gabor, Autumn Frederick, and Michael Paden as the five people charged for vandalism. 

According to the indictment, the five were indicted on the following charges:

  • Lethig, 20, of Cleveland, was indicted on one count of vandalism involving a bridge at Route 2 and West 28th Street, one count of vandalism of a property owned by the Vista Color Printing Company, one count of vandalism of sound barrier walls located near Interstate 71 and West 143rd Street, and one count of vandalism at 11525 Madison Ave.
  • Gabor, 22, of Rocky River, was indicted on one count of vandalism involving a bridge at Route 2 and West 28th Street, one count of vandalism at the former YMCA building at 3881 Pearl Rd., one count of vandalism of a business at 1468 W. 25th St., and one count of vandalism of a property owned by the Vista Color Printing Company. He was also indicted for criminal damaging or endangering to a city bridge at 4600 Denison Ave.
  • Frederick, 18, of Lakewood, was indicted on one count of vandalism involving a bridge at Route 2 and West 28th Street, one count of vandalism of a property owned by the Vista Color Printing Company, one count of vandalism of sound barrier walls located near Interstate 71 and West 143rd Street, and one count of vandalism at 11525 Madison Ave.
  • Mulholland, 19, of Parma, was indicted on one count of vandalism at the former YMCA building at 3881 Pearl Rd., and one count of vandalism of a property owned by the Vista Color Printing Company. Mulholland was also indicted on one count of criminal damaging or endangering to a city bridge at 4600 Denison Ave.
  • Paden, 18, of Strongsville, was indicted on one count of vandalism at 11525 Madison Ave.
  • All five people were also indicted for possessing criminal tools (spray paint)

Lethig, Gabor, Frederick, Mulholland and Paden are scheduled to be arraigned in court on March 21.
