Fugitive of the Week: Cleveland man wanted for woman's homicide

CLEVELAND — The U.S. Marshals is looking for a Cleveland man wanted for a homicide that happened on Scovill Avenue in January.

Parnell Gibson, 47, is charged with murder, a first-degree felony, according to Cleveland Municipal Court records.

A warrant for Gibson's arrest was issued on Jan. 18, records state.

Authorities say that Gibson allegedly killed Francina Davis in a parking lot near the 4800 block of Scovill Avenue in Cleveland last month.

Gibson is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs around 165 pounds. His last known address was in the 1300 block of East 117th Street in Cleveland.

He should be considered armed and dangerous, authorities said.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED. Tips can be anonymous and reward money is available.
