Cleveland police are investigating after a man was found dead on the back porch of a home on the city's east side.
Officers responded to the 1400 block of Lakeview Road after family members called, saying they found the body while checking on the victim.
The 64-year-old man, identified as Samuel Reese of Cleveland, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said he had multiple cuts and other abrasions on his body.
Cleveland police will work with the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office to determine cause of death.
So far, three people have been killed in Cleveland in 2016. Last year ended with 119 reported homicides.
