A man has been arrested for aggravated murder for the death of Kimberly Hall, 31, who was found dead on Cleveland's east side in June.
Robert Gene Rembert, Jr., 45, of Bedford, was arrested Friday. Court documents allege he strangled Hall on June 10.
Her body was found the following morning on East 83rd Street between Higbee and Gill Avenues.
