The man who fell over a railing at Mall C near the Cleveland Convention Center has been identified by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office as 35-year-old Davor Novak of Willowick.
The City of Cleveland said fire, EMS, and police responded to a report of a man falling from an outside wall onto railroad tracks.
Johnson said the incident occurred around noon. The man fell into an area where animals, including chickens and pigs, were kept as part of a sustainable farming initiative.
The city said the man fell off the north side of the building, located at 300 Lakeside Ave.
Officials said the man was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center in critical condition and died at the hospital.

Officials said the incident appears to be accidental.
The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office is leading the investigation.
