A man was shot during a pizza delivery on Sunday night.
Police responded around 11 p.m. Sunday night to the West Tech Lofts to reports of a male shot. The victim, 55-year-old Marvin Wells told police he was delivering a pizza when he was approached by a man who pointed a gun at him.
Wells kicked the man in the chest and the man shot him. The man fled the scene on foot but did not get any of Wells' property.
The man is described as a black male, tall, thin, light complexion and was wearing all dark clothing and a hoodie.
Detectives are still investigating the incident.
