CLEVELAND — A massive new apartment complex will be built in Cleveland’s Hough neighborhood and it is expected to draw students in need of nearby housing who attend Case Western Reserve University, according to city council.
The complex will house 166 units on formerly city-owned land near Hough Avenue and Ansel Road. The complex will include studio apartments as well as one and two-bedroom units, city officials said.
The development of the project is a collaboration of both private and nonprofit entities, according to city council.
In addition to apartments, the project also includes a new park that will be open to the public, city officials said.
