The Cleveland branch of the NAACP is planning to request transcripts from the Tamir Rice grand jury.
The organization is asking for the general transcripts from the witnesses' testimony.
So far, only a portion of the transcripts have been made public and they say that's not enough.
Members said it's important for the community of Cleveland to know what went on during that grand jury.
The group voted unanimously to ask a judge to release the transcripts Tuesday at their first general meeting for the year.
They're not asking for names of the jurors who decided not to indict the two Cleveland officers involved in Tamir Rice's death. Instead, they want the transcripts of the witness testimony.
Only a judge can release these transcripts.
The group plans to submit their request Wednesday.
