CLEVELAND, Ohio — There was a heavy police presence in a Cleveland neighborhood due to a SWAT standoff with a 44-year-old man Friday morning.
The standoff happened on the 4300 block of Woburn Avenue.
According to Cleveland Police, the man was barricaded inside a home and was allegedly a domestic violence suspect who was refusing to exit.
News 5 crews were on the scene and reported the standoff ended just before 12 p.m.
