Cleveland Police are asking the public to avoid the area near Wolburn Avenue due to a 44-year-old man barricaded inside a home.
Police said he is allegedly a domestic violence suspect and is refusing to exit.
The standoff is in the 4300 block of Wolburn Avenue.
Police believe he is alone inside the house and may be armed.
