Cleveland Police are investigating after a woman was found dead on the city's west side.
Cleveland EMS said a 32-year-old woman was found dead in the front yard of a home on West 57th Street.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the woman as Sharmaine Forpahl.
It is unknown how she died.
