CLEVELAND — UPDATE: The Red Line and Waterfront Line have reopened.
RTA's Red Line is closed between Tower City and West Boulevard due to a power outage.
Buses will replace trains between those lines until further notice.
Customers downtown may pick up the 66R replacement bus on West Prospect Avenue, behind Tower City.
Officials said trains are still operating between West Boulevard and the airport.
The Waterfront Line has also been impacted by the power outage.
Buses will be replacing trains between South Harbor and Tower City.
Officials said to access stops along the Waterfront Line, customers may pick up the 67R replacement bus on West Prospect Avenue.
