A Cleveland property manager has been indicted for murder in the death of his tenant.
Aundre Boyd, 56, was indicted on charges of murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault and aggravated assault for the death of 28-year-old Justin Brewer.
Boyd allegedly stabbed Brewerat a home in the 8700 block of Capitol Avenue on Aug. 23.
Brewer was found with stab wounds to his chest and neck. He was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Boyd was arrested at the scene. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 19.
