Reward offered in case of 27-year-old man shot, killed at Cleveland shopping plaza

CLEVELAND — A reward is being offered for information in the shooting death of 27-year-old Allante Riggins, who was gunned down on Cleveland's East Side in July.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $2,500 for information leading to the identity, location and prosecution of the individuals responsible for Riggins’ death.

On July 25, Riggins was shot at a shopping plaza on East 75th Street and Kinsman Avenue during an altercation with two people in a vehicle in the parking lot.

A surveillance video captured the alteration and shooting.

After being shot, Riggins was transported to University Hospitals where he died the next day.
