CLEVELAND — Today's the 30th Annual Homeless Stand Down event. It’s an event where Cleveland shows that it cares about the city’s less fortunate.

Usually, it's a large, one-day event at the Cleveland Public Auditorium where people could get free services like haircuts, medical care and meals.

But because of the pandemic, volunteers will instead make care packages filled with essentials like clothes, non-perishable foods, bus passes and items that lets those dealing with homelessness know that they are cared for and loved.
