Officers responded to West 43rd Street and Clark Avenue after 6 p.m. on Wednesday for two men shot, one in the chest and the other in the foot.
Police said 22-year-old Jose Reyes was found with multiple gunshots to his abdomen and neck and was lying on the ground. He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center and was pronounced dead.
A second victim, a 15-year-old boy, arrived at the hospital via private auto with a gunshot wound to the thigh, according to Cleveland police.
Homicide investigators responded to the scene and are investigating. No arrests have been made.
