Four people were detained for questioning after a SWAT team was dispatched to Krush Clothing on West 9th Street Monday evening.
Cleveland police said the incident occurred around 7 p.m. Officers responded to the area for a report of shots fired in connection to a robbery. Police said there was a suspect barricaded inside Krush Clothing with a civilian.
One suspect was arrested and police confirm shell casings were found outside the clothing store.
Police said the owner came out of the store and said the shooters left the scene a short time after officers responded to the location. No injuries were reported.

SWAT and K9 were called to the scene to check for suspects.

A police source told newsnet5.com a suspect who had a gun escaped.
