The suspect arrested in connection to a pipe bomb found during a traffic stop has been identified as 39-year-old Carl J. Bradley of Ashtabula County.
Bradley was stopped by Cleveland Metroparks Rangers during a routine traffic check on Saturday. After searching his vehicle, rangers discovered a pipe bomb in the back seat of the vehicle.
The Cleveland bomb squad responded and detonated the bomb.
Bradley was arrested at the scene and charged with one felony count of possession of dangerous ordnance.
The investigation is ongoing.
