SWAT responded Wednesday to a home in Cleveland where police say a man barricaded himself inside.
Multiple agencies were at the scene at 10720 Parkhurst Drive.
Authorities said the man had a hammer and was tearing up the house.
Just after 3 p.m. police said the man started a fire on the second floor and then climbed out the window.
He was arrested without incident.
