Two 16-year-old boys who are wanted for crimes in multiple Northeast Ohio cities were found asleep in a car in Cleveland tuesday morning.
Cleveland EMS responded to the parking lot of a building in the 4800 block of Lee Road around 8:30 a.m. to find the two boys slumped over in a car. One of the boys had a gun on his lap.
Officers were called to assist and tried to get the attention of the boys from a distance but the teens didn't respond.
The SWAT unit responded and was able to wake the boys. They were taken into custody without incident, according to Cleveland police.
Police say the boys were wanted for multiple incidents by the Fairview Police Department, RTA law enforcement and the Strongsville Police Department.
