A pick-up truck and a van collided before the truck crashed into a Buddhist cultural center early Wednesday morning.
Around 5:30 a.m. a pickup truck hit a van and then crashed into a Buddhist center at the intersection of Bellaire Road and Brookfield Avenue.
The Cleveland Fire Department spent around 45 minutes cutting the roof off of the truck to get a person out. It is unclear whether the person was the passenger or driver of the vehicle.
Three EMS squads were at the scene; one person was taken to Fairview Hospital in stable condition while two others were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center. As of 7 a.m. one person was in serious condition and one was in stable condition.
