Two women injured during drive-by shooting in east Cleveland

Two women were injured during a drive-by shooting on Wednesday afternoon. 

According to police, the incident occurred around 5 p.m. in the area of East 65th and Superior Avenue. Police say a man was hanging out of the sunroof of a vehicle and firing multiple shots from the vehicle near the intersection as it was moving. 

Two women, a 56-year-old and a 46-year-old were injured, both in the right leg. Both were transported to University Hospitals for treatment.
