CLEVELAND — The U.S. Coast Guard retrieved a jet skier in distress on Lake Erie Sunday night, according to authorities.
Two individuals were on the lake jet skiing when one fell off and hit his head, the Coast Guard said.
The second individual got to him and helped while the Coast Guard boat made its way to them and transported them both to shore, according to the Cost Guard.
EMS responded to the Coast Guard station and transported a 25-year-old man to MetroHealth Hospital. He is in stable condition, authorities said.
