CLEVELAND — Two more missing children were recovered by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Cleveland Police Department Thursday afternoon during Operation Safety Net.

A 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl who had been reported missing out of Jackson Township on Aug. 28 were safely recovered from a home on Cleveland’s West Side, authorities said.

The girls will be turned over to Children’s Services in Cuyahoga County, authorities said.

Operation Safety Net has recovered a total of just under 30 missing children so far, according to authorities.

The U.S. Marshals Service is continuing to seek the public’s help in locating missing children. Tips about locations of missing children can be called into the U.S. Marshals tip line at 1-866-492-6833.

Last week, the U.S. Marshals Service reported the operation had located 25 missing children between the ages of 13 and 18.
