CLEVELAND — Cleveland police have arrested a woman who is accused of stealing a vehicle with a child inside.
Officers were called to the convenience store at East 152nd Street and St. Clair Avenue at 7 p.m. Wednesday night on reports that a woman entered a vehicle with a four-year-old inside.
The woman attempted to drive away, with the owner of the car attempting to stop her. The owner of the vehicle was dragged a short distance.
A group of people then blocked the exit of the conveience store parking lot.
Police arrested the woman at the scene.
