A woman died after a crash on West 150th on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Cleveland police, the 61-year-old woman was driving a Chrysler minivan northbound on West 150th Street. She lost control of her van, and drove across the double yellow line,
She struck a steel utility pole and died from the crash. The utility pole later fell on a car parked on the street.
