Cleveland police responded to an overturned pickup truck on the city's west side Friday afternoon.
The crashed happened at W. 3rd and Jefferson Avenue in Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood.
The female driver was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in serious condition, according to EMS.
