Police are investigating a shooting outside a Cleveland nightclub on West 9th Street early Sunday morning.
Police received a call of a gunshot wound victim at Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital.
Upon their arrival, they spoke to a 20-year-old man who said he was with his brother at an open mic night when a fight broke out in the parking lot near Anatomy Nightclub + Ultralounge.
The 20-year-old said he heard a gunshot and noticed that his 25-year-old brother had been shot in the foot.
He put his brother in the back of a van and transported him to Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital.
The victim told police a man dressed in a multi-colored button-up shirt, blue jeans and boots began to struggle with him, put his arms around the victim's shoulders and fired a shot into his left foot.
The victim said he had seen the suspect before but does not know his name or any information about him.
