Police are investigating a robbery at a Lakewood restaurant after a cleaning crew found two suspects inside the eatery Halloween morning.
According to a police report, workers arrived around 6 a.m. at Barrio, 15527 Madison Ave., and found the men standing near the register. Police said the crew surprised the suspects and they ran out the building.
According to the report, the suspects left empty-handed.
The two men were able to enter the restaurant by using a crowbar on a window in the rear of the building, police said. The crowbar was found inside the restaurant.
The incident is under investigation, police said.
