BAY VILLAGE, Ohio — Bay Village police are investigating a home invasion.
Police said the incident happened around 1:15 a.m. in the 23000 block of Wolf Road.
When they arrived, police spoke with a 57-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man who said they fled the house and ran to different streets asking for anyone to call for help.
They were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and were released a few hours later.
Police said it appears to be an isolated incident, although several calls came in from the surrounding area, only one house was broken into.
