A Bedford woman was indicted this week for allegedly using her dead boyfriend's food stamp card.
Court records show 60-year-old Catherine Wilson used the EBT card of her deceased boyfriend—John Hebebrand—from January to September 2015.

The account was deactivated in September after Hebebrand could not be reached for an account update.
Hebebrand was shot and killed by Bedford police in December 2014 after he reportedly charged at officers with a knife.
The officer-involved shooting was ruled justifiablein May of last year.
Wilson was indicted on a charge of trafficking in or illegal use of food stamps.
