A body was found on E. 49 and Marginal Road at Kirtland Park around 8 a.m. Sunday, according to Cleveland police.
The man has not yet been identified and was found with a gunshot wound to the head.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner responded to the scene.
Police say the man's death is a possible homicide.
