A Cleveland woman was tied up with electric tape and rope for 20 hours, according to a Cleveland police report.
A woman approached her mother’s house on the 3500 block West 46th Street Monday, only to hear screams coming from inside. She obtained house keys from a neighbor and, when she got inside, she found her 66-year-oldold mother bound inside.
Police arrived and discovered the woman had been robbed of her cell phone and car the day before.
Police are looking for 36-year-old Ramone E. Marrero in connection to the robbery.
According to neighbors, the victim is still recovering from her injuries in the hospital. The suspect associated with the robbery was, according to neighbors, in a romantic relationship with the victim.
