Police suspect that a man found dead in a Cleveland Heights apartment was killed, they report.
James A. Ruesch, 68, was found dead at 919 Caldonia Avenue Sunday evening.
Police and firefighters were sent to the address to check on the man's welfare. Once they entered, they found Ruesch dead, lying face down in the kitchen of his apartment.
The case was turned over to Cleveland Heights detectives and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner.
