A man walked to the teller at a Mayfield Heights Huntington Bank, scrawled a note demanding money and walked out without incident on Friday afternoon.
He is described as a black man, about 5 foot 7 inches tall, weighing around 160 pounds in his early 20s by police. Surveillance photos show him dressed in black pants and shirt. He was not wearing a mask at the time of the robbery.
The photos show him walking with his head down in the sparsely populated bank. The other patrons didn't appear to be alarmed. After the teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money, he can be seen walking calmly toward the door with the money in his hand.
Police say no weapon was observed and there were no injuries reported. The man wasn't seen getting into a car or fleeing in a particular direction.
Authorities are offering reward money for any tips that lead to the identification and prosecution of the man. Tips can be sent to the Mayfield Heights Police Department.
