A man who held a Brooklyn teen against her will last November was sentenced to 15 years in prison Thursday.

Chris Schroeder, 41, sentenced to 15 years in prison, according to the Eastern District of Missouri officials.

The teen was 15 years old when she met Schroeder through the online messaging app KIK. According to the Department of Justice, Schroeder picked her up from her home on November 8, 2015, and took her to his residence in Missouri, where he engaged in sexual intercourse and recorded two of the sex acts without her knowledge.

The girl was later found at Schroeder's home.

Schroeder pled guilty in July to one felony count of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity and was sentenced to 15 years in prison on Thursday.
