The Medical Examiner has released the identity of the body found in Olmsted Township on Thursday afternoon.
The body has been identified as 77-year-old Fred Tatum of Shaker Heights.
Olmsted Township police responded after a worker said they found the body in a tunnel near Barrett and Lewis roads while cleaning.
