The North Olmsted Police Department confirmed to News 5 anchor Damon Maloney that a “be on the lookout” alert has been issued for 46-year-old Charles Houchin, who was reported missing by his family.
Relatives said Houchin has developmental disabilities and has the mindset of a 9- or 10-year-old. They said he was last seen Friday around 9:40 a.m. leaving the family residence on Coe Avenue in a light blue T-shirt, white shorts, white socks and black shoes.
His family says he left on his bicycle, which is blue with oversized tires.
Houchin was reported missing earlier this month after leaving the family residence and was found the next day in Grafton.
Houchin is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds.
