Mayfield Heights Police are investigating a fatal shooting.
Police were called to Gates Mills Place Apartments on Mayfield Road around 10 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said 19-year-old J'Veon Jones was found dead in the hallway of the building.
Witnesses at the scene told police they heard an argument in the hallway, followed by the gunfire.
Three males were arrested at the scene.
"This does not appear to be a random incident," Chief Anthony Mele said.
BCI is assisting Mayfield Heights police detectives with the investigation.
