BROOKLYN, Ohio — Raising Cane's is expanding in Northeast Ohio.

The chicken finger restaurant broke ground on two new locations in the Cleveland area.

The first restaurant, located at 5180 Tiedman Road in Brooklyn, is expected to open in November.

The second restaurant, located at 21330 Center Ridge Road in Rocky River, is expected to open in late January.

Once the Rocky River location opens, there will be four Raising Cane's in the Cleveland area and 36 in Ohio.

Each location plans on hiring up to 100 crew members.

“We are excited to grow in the Cleveland area and bring Caniacs in Brooklyn and Rocky River a Raising Cane’s to call their own,” said Eric Ongaro, President of Raising Cane’s Ohio.

Raising Cane's was founded in 1996.
