CLEVELAND — The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority is holding a series of public meetings so the community can weigh on the RTA’s bus system redesign.
Both riders and non-riders are encouraged to attend a meeting to provide feedback.
RTA contracted Cleveland State University to gauge the economic benefit RTA generates annually in Cuyahoga County.
The results of the study showed RTA provides an annual impact of $322 million in Cuyahoga County alone and access to public transportation can lead to increased property values, greater employment and decreased poverty.
