A person was shot near East 55th Street and Euclid Avenue; and the northbound lane of East 55th Street is closed in that vicinity.
Newsnet5.com was at the scene early Monday morning. A witness said he heard shots but didn't hear anything. Casings were in the street.
Just north of Saint Clair Avenue, a person was transported to medical care and is in unstable condition, according to EMS.
