South Euclid Police Department searching for missing man with cognitive thinking disorder

SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — The South Euclid Police Department has issued a Missing and Endangered Adult alert for a man who has been missing since December.

30-year-old Allen Eugene Pulphus was last heard from by family members on Dec. 22, 2018, police said.

Pulphus has a cognitive thinking disorder and is considered at risk.

Police describe Pulphus as having a slim build, standing 6 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds.

Pulphus has “1988” tattooed on the right side of his neck and “Carla” tattooed on the left side of his neck, according to police.
